Warriors Start December with 10 Wins Under Belt
The Warriors start the month of December with 10 wins under their belt, having won the last two games before the Thanksgiving Holiday.
On November 19th, The Warriors defeated Laurinburg Institute (NC) 81-64 (Box Score PDF). Four Warriors finished in double figures in the game. Byron Allen and Glenn Bryant each scored 14, Tiny Gallon led the team with 15 points and seven rebounds. Pe`Shon Howard added 10 points.
SIx Warriors scored in double figures on November 21st, as Oak Hill defeated Progressive Christian (MD) 120-79 (Box Score PDF). Tiny Gallon and MoMo Jones led the way with 19 points each. Glenn Bryant had a double double with 17 points and 10 rebounds, Austin Alecxih dropped in 13 points. Doron Lamb was on his way to a triple double, finishing with 14 points, seven assists and nine rebounds. The team shot nearly 70% from the field for the game, adding 34 assists, 10 blocks and 12 steals to go with 46 rebounds and 14 dunks.
The competition heats up in December, with several tournaments including the Iolani Prep Classic in Hawaii. There’s also a December 14th matchup with Chicago Whitney Young.

The Warriors open the season ranked #12 nationally by USA Today. The team will be tested throughout the season. Following the Whitney Young matchup (USA Today #17), the Warriors have a rematch later this season with Duncanville High (Texas).
