Warriors Top #16 Chicago Whitney Young, Move to 14-0

The Warriors moved to 14-0 on the season after topping USA Today 16th-ranked Chicago Whitney Young 65-57 (Box Score) in the Converse/Eastbay Classic at the Al McGuire Center in Milwaukee Saturday night.

The Warriors led Young (ranked second in the Chicago area) by 21 points before emptying the bench in the fourth quarter. Tiny Gallon and Glenn Bryant combined for 22 points and 18 rebounds.

Earlier in the week, Oak Hill defeated Northern Guilford HS of Greensboro (NC) 78-67 (Box Score). MoMo Jones and Doron Lamb scored 18 each, Glenn Bryant (12 rebounds) and Bryon Allen chimed in with 16 apiece.
